MAKE THE RIGHT CONNECTION

Know your outlet.
Find your starting point.

Check the label next to your generator’s outlet, then select it here.

A connector match is the first step. Your inlet, cord, generator, and home transfer equipment need to work together.

Which outlet does your generator have?

READY IS A PLAN.

Don’t let the forecast
make the decisions.

Get the connection sorted while the skies are clear.

01

Match your equipment

Confirm your generator’s outlet, cord length, and inlet requirements before choosing a kit.

02

Prepare your home

Have the inlet and appropriate transfer equipment installed by a qualified electrician. A cord and inlet alone don’t complete the system.

03

Practice before you need it

Follow your equipment manuals and test your backup plan before an outage. Keep portable generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

No guesswork.

Is a generator included?

No. Each starter kit includes a generator cord and power inlet box. Your generator, transfer equipment, and electrical installation are separate.

Does a bigger bundle mean more power?

A 50A bundle does not increase your generator’s output. Choose equipment that matches your generator and your home’s installed backup system.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. Shipping is included to the lower 48 states. Plan ahead; delivery by a specific storm date is not guaranteed.

Can I order right now?

Yes. Choose a bundle, confirm your shipping region, and continue to secure Stripe checkout. Need help with compatibility? Email hello@photonai.net.co before ordering.
