Delivery, planned ahead.
Shipping is included in the $79.99 30A kit and $139.99 50A kit prices for delivery to the contiguous lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or overseas military addresses.
Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after ordering. This includes processing and transit time. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Severe weather and carrier delays can affect delivery. Do not rely on an order arriving before an approaching storm.
If we cannot fulfill your order as expected, we will contact you at the email provided during checkout.
30-day returns.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused, uninstalled kit. Email hello@photonai.net.co with your order reference before sending anything back, so we can provide return instructions.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For a damaged or incorrect item, include a description and photos in your email so we can arrange a resolution. Return the complete kit and included accessories.
Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Your payment provider controls when the credit appears. For cancellation requests before dispatch, email us as soon as possible.
