Back Up Bolt Solutions uses your name, email, shipping and billing information, order details, and support messages to process orders, arrange delivery, answer questions, handle returns, and maintain business records.

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout. We do not collect or store full card numbers on this website. Stripe handles payment information under its privacy policy. Our support inbox is hosted by Zoho, which processes messages you send us.

Information needed for delivery is shared with shipping providers. Our hosting and payment providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser data, to operate their services and prevent abuse. The storefront itself does not add advertising trackers.

Your information

We retain order and support records as needed to fulfill purchases, resolve issues, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to business operations and the providers needed to deliver those services. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
